- Dr Darren McCauslandResearch Fellow Darren has a particular interest in social and community participation for people with intellectual disabilities. Currently working on a study about future care planning for older adults with an intellectual disability and their families
- Dr Andrew WormaldResearch Fellow Andrew is interested in helping to improve the psychological well-being of people with intellectual disabilities. He is best known for work in the area of loneliness but has also been involved with research into moral distress in carers during the COVID-19 crisis. Andrew is a member of the Trinity Centre for Ageing and Intellectual Disability and a founding member of Lewy Body Ireland
- Dr Andrew P AllenResearch Fellow Dr Andrew P Allen is Lead Research Assistant at TCAID, providing key research support to the Director of TCAID and the Project Manager of IDS-TILDA.
- Michael FoleyProgramme Manager Mr Michael Foley is the Programme Manager for Trinitys PPI Ignite Office, promoting public and patient involvement in health-related research. The PPI Ignite Office is based in the Trinity Centre for Ageing and Intellectual Disability (TCAID)
- Miss Margaret HaighProject Manager Ms Margaret Haigh joined the IDS-TILDA team in August 2017 as Project Manager to the study. Margaret has a nursing background and holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree and a Master of Nursing Research degree. Her research interests include the provision of inclusionary health promotion, screening and treatment services for marginalised groups, as well as health workforce issues.
- Louise LynchResearch Assistant Louise is a Research Assistant on the PPALs project with Dr Eilish Burke. She has been working in Trinity since August 2018. Her key interest area is sedentary behaviour.
- Ms Christina CorrResearch Assistant Ms Christina Corr joined the TCAID Team in 2021 as a part-time Research Assistant to the Post-Diagnostic Dementia Support Guidelines for People with an Intellectual Disability project.
- Ms Mei Lin YapAmbassador Liaison Officer Ms Mei Lin Yap is Ambassador Liaison Officer at TCAID and a proud advocate for people with intellectual disabilities
- Ms June O’ReillyStrategic Support Officer June is responsible for the development of strategic, funding, profile, collaboration and event opportunities for the TCAID, quality assurance and impact assessment and supporting flagship projects, such as IDS-TILDA and the National ID Memory Service within the Centre
- Aviejay PaulData Scientist Aviejay joined TCAID in the position of a research Assistant in November 2021 and in the role of a Data Scientist. He is part of the data team at IDS-TILDA. He completed his masters last year in Data Science from the School of Computer Science and Statistics, Trinity College Dublin with a distinction. Aviejay has a prior work experience of 8.5 years in the IT industry back in India.
- Ms. Pavithra PavithraData Manager Pavithra is the Data-Manager for TCAID who joined the team in 2021. She holds a Master’s degree from Trinity College Dublin, who aims to become a competent researcher in the field of Ageing and Intellectual Disability, and has worked on other ageing related projects as a Research Assistant prior to joining this team. She looks after data protection compliance and also assists with data analysis within the team.
- Dr Marina OdalovićResearch Fellow Marina has started her engagement with IDS TILDA in July 2022 as the postdoctoral researcher within the Examining Quality, Use and Impact of Psychotropic (Use) in older adults with intellectual disabilities (EQUIP) project. She also works as an Associate Professor at the School of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade, Serbia
- Ashleigh GormanResearch Assistant Ashleigh is a research assistant working on two studies - OPTIMA-ID: Optimising Pharmaco-Therapy and Improving Medication for Ageing with Intellectual Disability, developing a tool to improve appropriate prescribing for adults with intellectual disability; as well as EQUIP: Examining Quality, Use and Impact of Psychotropic (Use) in older adults with intellectual disabilities.
- Nadine ButteryResearch Assistant Nadine is a research assistant working on Post Diagnostic Support for people with Intellectual Disabilities and Dementia Diagnosis. Nadine has a BSc in Psychology and has an interest in qualitative research in the area of well-being for people with Intellectual Disabilities. Nadine has developed mindful movement programs for people with intellectual disabilities, based on Tai Chi and Qigong practices and has been delivering them for the past 20 years

- Caitriona RyanResearch Assistant Caitríona is the lead statistician at IDS-TILDA. She completed her taught MSc in statistics and PhD in Bayesian social network analysis at University College Dublin (UCD) in 2014. She supports statistical analysis across all research topics in IDS-TILDA and has a particular interest in developing longitudinal data analysis skills across the team.

- Filipa TeixeiraResearch Fellow Filipa is on the SEURO project developing and evaluating digital health behavior change interventions, focusing on older adults managing multi morbidity.
- Dr Sonam Prakashini BankaResearch Fellow Sonam is working on a HRB Funded COVID-19 research study with Professor Catherine Comiskey. Her expertise is in child health, quantitative methodologies and health outcomes among vulnerable populations.
- Ms. Marie HylandResearch Assistant Marie is a research assistant with Prof. Comiskey’s Population Health and Behaviour Research team. She is assisting Prof. Comiskey in a hospital based research project with Children’s Health Ireland.
- Isil Coklar OkutkanResearch Fellow Dr. Isil Coklar Okutkan is a postdoctoral researcher currently working on the SEURO project. She holds an MA and a PhD in Social Psychology. Recently, she worked as a research fellow on the project titled "What Good Digital Health Looks Like in Regional Health Authorities," which was co-led by Trinity College Dublin and the HSE.

- Ahmed Hassan AliResearch Assistant Ahmed has recently started working as a research assistant. His role aims at developing a pathway for the management of acutely unwell patients on chemotherapy, radiotherapy and post bone marrow. Prior to joining Trinity College, Ahmed has undertaken research to date in the area of influencing medicine use at patient, prescriber, pharmacist and policy levels in terms of cost, efficacy and safety.

- Maureen D’ EathResearch Fellow Maureen is a part-time Research Fellow working with Dr Damien Brennan on a project which aims to establish conceptual clarity regarding the social contract for care giving within domestic settings in Ireland. The project is funded by an IRC New Foundations Award and is a collaboration with Family Carers Ireland
