- Grainne CuristanGlobal Officer Gráinne works alongside the Director of International Initiatives in following areas; the recruitment and retention of non-EU students; engaging with international partners, collaborators and visitors; the provision of short courses for international students. Gráinne manages the Gradlink programme, which is an integral part of alumni engagement for the School
Clinical Allocations Staff
- Pádraig DunneClinical Allocations Officer Pàdraig’s Role as the Clinical Allocations Officer in the School of Nursing and Midwifery is the operational manager of the clinical placement process of all post graduate and under graduate student clinical engagement. Pádraig works in the areas of curriculum development, course management, student and clinical support, competency assessment, preceptorship training, teaching, research activities and much more. Being in one of the more dynamic roles within the school, it allows Pádraig to provide advice and guidance in the delivery and future development of Nurse Education within the college.

- Christina PieriAllocations officer Christina manages the clinical allocations for the BSc Cur Nursing Undergraduate/Postgraduate programme, ensuring that all students meet the requirements set by (NMBI)Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Gabriela MandolesiAllocations Executive Officer Gabriela is the Executive Officer for the Clinical Allocations Office, she is the first point of contact with students and provides support to the Allocations Officers and the Erasmus Leader.
Undergraduate
- Karen SmithAdministrative Officer (Undergraduate) Karen is responsible for the nursing and midwifery undergraduate courses in the School. She manages the undergraduate administrative team that support the courses. Karen also provides advice and support to the Director of Undergraduate Teaching and Learning and committees that support the management, education and development of the undergraduate courses. Karen works in the areas of course management and assessment, undergraduate curriculum development, student support, and all operational areas associated with the delivery of the professional undergraduate courses in the School.

- Erica ConnollySenior Executive Officer Erica is the Senior Executive Officer for Student Affairs on the undergraduate Nursing and Midwifery programmes and also provides assistance to the Director of Undergraduate Teaching and Learning.

Cert. in Specialist Nursing: Cancer Care and Haematology, Cardiovascular, Emergency Department, Intensive Care, Orthopaedic, Perioperative and Renal, MSc/ P.Grad.Dip in Ageing Health and Wellbeing in Intellectual Disability, MSc/ P.Grad.Dip in Palliative Care.

Research & Finance Team
- Annabel WalshResearch and Finance Manager Annabel is responsible for the management of School financial and research activities. She leads the research and financial support teams. Her responsibilities include management of the annual School budget, financial analysis, financial planning and forecasting. She provides financial reports and advice to the Head of School and School Manager to support operational and strategic planning. She also supports the Director of Research with the development and implementation of the School research strategy.
- Ekaterina KozinaAdministrative Officer Research Ekaterina provides support to academic staff in the School in the identification and development of research opportunities from research applications up to and including contract signature.
- Clara NorrisSenior Executive Officer Research Clara’s role involves providing research support to academic staff in the School and in particular to the Director of Research.
- Rebecca KellyResearch Finance Officer Rebecca is responsible for the financial administration of the school’s research activity including budgeting, financial planning, analysing and reporting on the school’s research projects.
- Elizabeth O’ShaughnessySenior Executive Officer Research Elizabeth’s role involves providing research support to academic staff in the School and in particular to the Director of Research. She is also secretary to the School’s Research Ethics Committee
- Luciana LolichResearch Impact Officer Luciana is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and communicating research impact. She supports research staff in planning for impact and conducting retrospective impact analysis. Luciana has interdisciplinary background combining business and social sciences. She received her doctorate from University College Dublin and since then has continued to develop, through teaching and research, her core interest of studying complex societal challenges at the intersection of public policy and markets
