SEURO: Seeking Participants Aged Over 65 and Under Health Conditions to Test a New Health and Wellbeing System

SEURO (Scaling EUROpean citizen driven transferable and transformative digital health) is an EU funded Horizon 2020 project. The overall aim of SEURO is to evaluate key factors necessary to prepare any EU region to successfully implement and scale the innovative, people-centric digital integrated health and social care solutions for multiple disease management. The project is currently running a revolutionary trial and actively looking for participants. People aged 65 and over with at least two of the following conditions: cardiovascular disease (excluding Stroke and Vascular Dementia), a respiratory condition (e.g. COPD), diabetes and associated co-morbidities, can take part in this new health and wellbeing system test for free. The system can support people living with more than one chronic health condition and improve the care they receive. Participants do not need to be familiar with computers as they will be supported throughout the trial by the researchers.
