Conference fees

Conference fee includes attendance for both days of the conference (Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 March 2024), registration pack, refreshments and lunch.

Workshop fee includes refreshments and lunch.

All conference delegates, including presenters, are expected to register in advance of the conference and pay the appropriate registration fee. Presenters must register and pay no later than Friday 16 February 2024.

Delegates from Low and Middle-Income countries (LMIC) may apply for a reduced conference regsitration fee by contacting the organisers.

Payment by credit/debit card

Pay by card to complete your registration without delay.

Payment by bank transfer

Payments made by bank transfer must be received and processed before your registration is guaranteed: your conference account will be updated to record the payment once the bank transfer has been received and processed. Should you choose this method of payment at the checkout, the bank details will be provided for you. Please email the conference organisers at theconference@tcd.ie to confirm when you have processed the transfer.

Payment by invoice

The invoices issued by the conference registration system are not linked to the invoicing system for Trinity College Dublin. If your employer wishes to be invoiced for your registration fee, please contact the conference organisers directly to request this at theconference@tcd.ie, allowing sufficient time for the invoice to be paid in advance of the conference. Invoices will be issued to approved creditors of Trinity College Dublin only and a copy of the official Purchase Order must be provided.

Refunds

Full refunds: up to 16 February 2024.
Partial refunds: up to 23 February 2024 (fee paid less 10% administration charge).
No refunds will be given from 24 February 2024.

Transfer of registration fee

Conference registration fees may be transferred from one delegate to another: there is no administration fee for this service All queries in relation to payment, refunds or transfers should be directed to theconference@tcd.ie
