How to apply for your medal?

From 2018 graduates of the School of Nursing & Midwifery will receive their medal at their conferring ceremony. Alumni who have graduated prior to 2018 can apply to receive their medal by completing the short application form* below. A graduate’s first medal is free and will be sent free of charge anywhere in the world. Replacement medals can also be applied for but will incur a cost of €25 (incl. post and package).
