Childbirth, Reproduction and Maternity Care

The Childbirth, Reproduction and Maternity Care Research Group aims to conduct ethical research that will support women, their babies and families through all stages of the maternity period and early years of a baby’s life, in diverse social settings. In addition, the group's research will encompass the support of men and women in their experiences of sex, sexuality and reproduction in the rapidly changing social contexts of contemporary Ireland.
